Peanut Butter Coconut Bites
Yields: 22 small treats
Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a pan on the stove.
- Stir until melted and combined.
- Pour into a spouted container for easy pouring.
- Pour the mixture into silicone baking trays and place in the freezer until set.
- After popping them out of the silicone trays, store the treats in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
Notes
When using peanut butter in dog treats always check to make sure it doesn’t contain xylitol. Xylitol is an artificial sweetener that a few brands use, and it can be fatal to dogs. Check out this list for more information on which brands use xylitol in their products.
