Pupper Pill Pockets

(makes 28 small pill pockets)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter without xylitol
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the milk, peanut butter, and flour. Mix until completely combined.
  • Knead to complete the process.
  • Form the dough into little balls, depending on the size of the pills and how many.
  • Poke holes in the ball using the end of a meat thermometer or the end of a chopstick.
  • Store them in an airtight container, in the refrigerator.
  • They will keep until the expiration date of your milk.

Notes

When using peanut butter in dog treats always check to make sure it doesn’t contain xylitol. Xylitol is an artificial sweetener that a few brands use, and it can be fatal to dogs. Check out this list for more information on which brands use xylitol in their products.
